·         The Parish Council has the ministry of prayer and discernment of pastoral issues effecting parish life. Members include: Father Thomas J. Triggs (Pastor); the parish Deacons, the Youth Ministers, the Diocesan Pastoral Council Delegate and parishioners who are selected for the Council. The Parish Council meets in the Spiritual Center in: September, November, January, March, May and June.

·        The Parish Assembly, made up of members of the Parish Council along with the leaders/facilitators of the various parish ministries, reports its on-going activities and engages in open discussion of parish concerns at its regular meetings. The assembly provides a forum for surfacing parish concerns from the Community. The Assembly meets in October and April. Parishioners are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings.

·        Finance Council: The Finance Council provides advice concerning all aspects of the financial administration of the parish. Meetings are held every month in the Spiritual Center.

Adult Education Advisory Board: This Board works with the Adult Education Director to provide programs that will help adults continue to grow in knowledge and greater awareness of the Catholic faith. In addition to being present for these programs, the Advisory Board meets once a month for planning. Lucille Castro is the Coordinator. Meetings are held on the 2^nd Tuesday of the month at l0:00 a.m. in the Spiritual Center.

Buildings & Grounds Advisory Board: The Board offers advice and assistance in the maintenance of our buildings and grounds and on any capital projects The Board assists in the preparation of the maintenance department budget at their monthly meetings held on the third Monday of each month at 8:00 p.m. in the Spiritual Center.

Children’s Religious Education Advisory Board:

The Religious Education Advisory Board consists of parishioners along with the Religious Education staff. Its purpose is to assist the R.E. staff by developing policies and strategies for program improvement. It also provides a forum for discussion of parent and teacher concerns. Meetings are held the first Monday of the month at 10:00 a.m. in the Spiritual Center.

Youth Ministry Advisory Board: Mike & Amy Lenehan, Coordinators. This board consists of adult and youth parishioners who offer advice and help to implement programs in Youth (high school) ministry. Meetings are held from September to May.
